Payment processing time and status
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS
You will receive a confirmation to your email address right after the transaction, if it was made by credit or debit card.
BANK TRANSFERS
- You should make your reservation at least 14 days prior to departure.
- You need to make the bank transfer within 24 hours after the booking.
- You will receive a confirmation to your email address within 5 working days after booking.
- If you don't receive your confirmation within 5 working days or the status of the booking in your WIZZ Account is still "ON HOLD", please contact our Live Chat or Call Centre
IDEAL PAY, PAY-BY-LINK, TRUSTLY
If you chose to pay via iDeal, pay-by-link, or Trustly, in most cases you will receive a confirmation to your email address right after the transaction in complete on the partner’s website.
