When booking your flight, you will receive instructions via email for selecting the bank transfer option.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Confirmation code and payment details: Type the confirmation code provided in the primary comment field of your bank transfer. If additional comment fields are available, enter the full name of the first passenger in the booking.
2. Payment Amount and Currency: Ensure that you transfer the exact amount of your booking in the chosen currency. Prices displayed during the booking process will be in the currency of the departure country (e.g., HUF for departures from Budapest), but you can choose another currency if preferred.
3. Booking Deadline: If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, it's necessary to make your reservation at least 14 days before the departure date.
4. Multiple Bookings: For multiple bookings with different confirmation codes, initiate a separate bank transfer for each booking.
5. Bank Account Details: Payments by bank transfer should be made to the Wizz Air bank account in the same currency as your booking. If you have a Euro bank account, you can use SEPA transfer or Cross Border Funds Transfer (Wire Transfer) to make the payment to Wizz Air.
- SEPA transfer can help reduce transaction costs. However, after the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, some banks might impose additional charges for transfers into the UK.
- All SEPA payments into UK-based bank accounts should include the address details of the payment initiator. Contact your payment provider for further information.
6. Deadline: Payment must be made within 1 banking day after the booking is completed. Once payment for the first booking is received by Wizz Air, a customer can make a second booking via bank transfer.
Payments by bank transfer should be sent to the Wizz Air bank account of the same currency.
Choose your preferred payment currency during the booking process, and the appropriate bank account number will be displayed accordingly.
