If experiencing issues, please try following:  

  • Use wizzair.com on a computer or a laptop, or WIZZ Mobile App Use Google Chrome as a browser
  • Delete the search history and the cookies
  • Use incognito mode
  • Accept the schedule changes in your WIZZ Account if applicable

Arrive to the gate at least 30 minutes before the flight

Access your boarding card in your WIZZ Account, even if you lost it

Go to check-in desk if you have received invalid boarding card
