Check-in and boarding card issues
Check-in procedure
Opens 24 hours and closes 3 hours before the flight
If experiencing issues, please try following:
- Use wizzair.com on a computer or a laptop, or WIZZ Mobile App Use Google Chrome as a browser
- Delete the search history and the cookies
- Use incognito mode
- Accept the schedule changes in your WIZZ Account if applicable
Boarding procedure
Arrive to the gate at least 30 minutes before the flight
Access your boarding card in your WIZZ Account, even if you lost it
Go to check-in desk if you have received invalid boarding card
