CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Make sure that your card is accepted as a method of payment for Wizz Air services. If it is not accepted as a payment method, it is possible to pay for your flight via bank transfer or using WIZZ Credits. If your card is accepted, make sure you have enough funds to cover the full amount. If the problem persists, please check that online payment services are available with your card and that there is no purchase limit or contact your bank.
Please contact your credit card provider first to identify the problem. If the reason is not an additional bank charge or a difference due to exchange rates, please call the Wizz Air Live Chat or Call Centre or submit a claim under the ’Payment error’ category.
- System surcharge fee charged wrongfully
If, during the creation of a booking on the Wizz Air website or mobile app, you were wrongfully charged an OTA system surcharge fee, please contact our the Wizz Air Live Chat or Call Centre or submit a claim under the ’Payment error’ category to receive a refund. Please note that the OTA system surcharge fee will not be refunded if the flight was booked through an online travel agency.
BANK TRANSFERS
If you made a mistake while completing your bank transfer, please contact our Live Chat or Call Centre Services on the 5th working day after the payment, as this is the earliest day for checking the issue.
- Haven’t received confirmation
If you haven't received the confirmation of your bank transfer within 5 working days after the payment, please contact our Live Chat or Call Centre Services.
Please do not send payment confirmations unless you are asked to provide proof of payment.
It is not possible to change your payment method after you have selected bank transfer to credit or debit card. You will have to create a new booking with the current fares in order to be able to pay with credit or debit card.
