NON-PAYABLE NAME CHANGES

You can make the name corrections online free of charge if you need to adjust a misspelled name, fix a typo or perform other similar correction or supplementing of incomplete data, such as:

  • if there are maximum 3 characters to be changed in the name added to the booking
  • if an abbreviated name needs to be extended (e.g.: John T. Smith) to a full name (e.g.: John Thomas Smith) in order to match the travel document
  • if the gender (title) of the name added to the booking needs to be changed
  • in case your first name and last name are mixed up

It is possible to make only one free name change correction in the booking.

If you are unable to make the correction online, please contact our Call Center to request the correction. If we have reasonable doubt about the identity of the person requesting the correction, Wizz Air might may ask you to provide further information or proof to confirm the identity.
