Date, time, and destination changes
You can make changes to your reservation up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight for a flight change fee.
It is possible to change date, time, and destination of your flight, as well as passenger details, seats, and other services.
With WIZZ Flex, you can change your booking for all passengers or individual travellers online up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time. No flight change fee will be charged in this case.
HOW TO MAKE CHANGES
- Log in to your WIZZ Account
- Select your booking by clicking "Details" under the flight.
- In the right corner of the Booking Overview page, click on "Make changes" button.
- Choose "Change flight".
- Select the passengers for whom the changes will apply (you can select all passengers or individual travellers).
- Provide the details (date, time, and route) of the new flight.
- Confirm the change and settle payment for fare difference and flight change fees if applicable.
FLIGHT CHANGES LIMITATIONS
- The change will be considered completed once the payment (if applicable) is received. Please note that only credit card payments are accepted.
- If the original reservation was fully or partially paid by WIZZ voucher, the modifications are possible only for all passengers and all flights at the same time.
- If you have purchased Flexible Travel Partner service during the booking creation, the flight modifications will only be possible after finalising the names of all travel partners.
- After changing the flight, the passengers must make sure that they are checked in for the new flight and have their new boarding card.
- Services purchased from third parties during the reservation of the original flight (for example, insurance, airport transfer) are not amended automatically during the flight change process. To change these services, please contact directly the provider offering the given services.
