1. Definitions
Hotel Service Provider hereafter refers to the cooperation partner of Wizz Air through which you can book accommodations.
WIZZ Account Number means the 10 digits number received upon
registration on wizzair.com. The Account Number is displayed under Profile
after logging into myWizz.
WIZZ Account means the credit account created upon registration on wizzair.com or the WIZZ mobile app.
Wizz Air means Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. having its registered seat at Laurus Offices, Kőér street 2/A, Building B, H-1103, Budapest, Hungary
2. Promotion
If you book an accommodation on a website of the Hotel Service Provider
and you enter your 10 digits WIZZ Account Number while you are making the hotel
booking, Wizz Air will credit your WIZZ Account with the value of 5%* of the
total value of your hotel booking (“Credit”).
2.1. The total value of the booking is the amount of the accommodation
booking made on the Hotel Service Provider’s website excluding any value added
taxes and city taxes.
2.2. If you enter an incorrect WIZZ Account Number, or if you miss to
enter your WIZZ Account Number when you book your hotel on the Hotel Service
Provider’s website, you will not be entitled to the Credit.
2.3. Credit will be issued after you complete your stay at the hotel.
2.4. We will use reasonable endeavours to issue the Credit within 90 days
following your stay in the hotel you made your reservation in. The issuance of
the Credit always depends on the confirmation of the hotel on the fact that you
completed your stay in the hotel successfully. Due to the differences in hotel
policies, we may receive the confirmation within different periods of time depending
on the hotel.
2.5 If you cancel your accommodation reservation, you will no longer be
entitled to the Credit.
2.6 If your original reservation is cancelled by the accommodation provider due
to uncompleted/late payment or any other issues that are not attributable to
the accommodation provider (does not fall under the hotel provider’s liability),
you will not be entitled to the Credit.
2.7. The Credit can be used for 6 months, after which it will expire
automatically.
2.8. The Credit is calculated and issued in Euros. If your WIZZ Account is in a
different currency, we will use our internal exchange rate to convert the
amount to the currency of your WIZZ Account. The currency converter tool that
is used is Forex. The calculation is done at the time between your actual stay
in the hotel and the time the credit appears in your WIZZ Account.
3. Data protection
By submitting your WIZZ Account Number while reserving a hotel room you
agree that Wizz Air will receive your hotel room information in combination
with your WIZZ Account Number. Such permission allows for subsequent
communications from Wizz Air for the purposes of carrying out the present
promotion, including verification of eligibility and providing the Credits to
you if you meet the conditions, in accordance and pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

4. General rules
4.1. Wizz Air Credit is non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn by the Wizz Air credit holder.
4.2. For the use of the Credit the terms and conditions of WIZZ Account apply.
4.3. Wizz Air does not accept responsibility in the case of late submission of requirements or for their loss due to any technical issues with internet connection. Documents on dispatch, a receipt, is not an acceptance document.
4.4. Wizz Air reserves the right to withdraw, shorten, extend, move, amend or cancel this promotion at any time without any notice at its sole discretion.
4.5. Participation in this promotion entails the full, unrestricted and unreserved acceptance of these regulations.
4.6. Using a false data will result in non-acceptance of the submission.
4.7. This promotion ends on 10 September 2024 if not cancelled earlier.
