1. Definitions
Car Rental Service Provider hereafter refers to the cooperation partner of Wizz Air through which you can book car rentals. Account Number means the 10 digits number received upon registration on wizzair.com. The Account Number is displayed under Profile after logging into myWizz. Wizz Account means the credit account created upon registration under myWizz profile on wizzair.com. Wizz Air means Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. having its registered seat at Laurus offices, Koer Street 2/a, Building B, H-1103 Budapest, Hungary.
2. Promotion
Wizz Air will credit your account with the value of 5% of the total car rental price (“Credit”).
2.1. The total value of the
booking is the amount of the car rental booking on the Car Rental Service
Provider’s page excluding any value added taxes, city taxes, Full Protection
product or any locally purchased products.
2.2. If you enter an incorrect
Account Number, or if you forget to enter your Account Number when you book
your car rental on the car rental microsite or through the Wizz Air Booking
path, you will not be entitled to the Credit.
2.3. Credit will be issued
after you complete your car rental.
2.4. We will use reasonable
endeavours to issue the Credit in the first 7 days of the month following your
car rental completion.
2.5. The Credit can be used for
6 months, after which it will expire automatically.
2.6. The Credit is calculated
and issued in Euros. If your Wizz Account is in a different currency we will
use an external exchange rate from car rental service provider to convert the
amount to your currency. The currency converter tool that is used is Bloomberg.
The calculation is done at the time when the booking is made and confirmed.
3. Data protection
By submitting your Account
Number while booking a car rental you agree that Wizz Air will receive your car
rental information in combination with your Account Number. Such permission
allows for subsequent communications from Wizz Air for the purposes of carrying
out the present promotion, including verification of eligibility and providing
the Credits to you if you meet the conditions, in accordance and pursuant to
these terms and conditions. The Wizz Air privacy policy applies to the

4. General rules
4.1. Wizz Air Credit is
non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn by the Wizz Air credit holder
4.2. Wizz Air does not accept
responsibility in the case of late submission of requirements or for their loss
due to any technical issues with internet connection. Documents on dispatch, a
receipt, are not an acceptance document.
4.3. Wizz Air reserves the
right to withdraw, shorten, extend, move, amend or cancel this promotion at any
time without any notice at its sole discretion.
4.4. Participation in this
promotion entails the full, unrestricted and unreserved acceptance of these
regulations
4.5. Using a false data will
result in non-acceptance of the submission.
