Please note that all passengers arriving to Greece are required to fill out a pre-registration form at least 24 hours before departure on the following link: https://travel.gov.gr/#/.

Without a confirmed online pre-registration and the respective QR code per each person in the reservation, passengers will not be permitted to board the aircraft of Wizz Air and fly to Greece.

Failure to present a valid QR code with correct data upon arrival to Greece may also result in a possible fine for the passenger.

You will receive the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) with your unique QR code on the day of your scheduled arrival in Greece (at midnight) via email.

Permanent residents of European Union member states (including their spouses or persons with whom they have a cohabitation agreement, as well as their minor children), the Schengen agreement nationalities and residents of Australia, North Macedonia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, The United Arab Emirates, The United Kingdom, The United States Of America, Canada, Belarus, Bahrain, Serbia, The Russian Federation, Israel, Rwanda, Qatar, China, Kuwait, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia And Singapore are allowed to enter Greece.

In addition to the above all passengers are required to have a negative PCR certificate from a testing laboratory, for a COVID-19 test taken no later than 72 hours before arrival to Greece. This test is mandatory for all (including children over the age of 12), regardless of the epidemiological situation in the country of departure.

Proof of a negative test is not required, if:

You have completed the vaccination (i.e. 14 days have elapsed since the last vaccination time, depending on the doses required) and hold a vaccination certificate.
(Acceptable vaccines are: Pfizer BioNtech, Moderna, Astra Zeneca/Oxford, Novavax, Johnson + Johnson/Janssen, Sinovac Biotech, Gamaleya (Sputnik), Cansino Biologics, Sinopharm.)
You have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 9 months. This can be proved by presenting a) a certificate of recovery issued by a public authority or a certified laboratory or b) a certificate of a positive PCR molecular test result, confirming that the holder recovered from the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, performed at least 2 months before arrival, and no later than 9 months before arrival.

All certificates must include the critical information (i.e. number of doses and their respective dates – in case of vaccination) in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Russian and your full name must match the name on your passport or any other recognized travel document.

We highly recommend you to contact the authorities in charge for precise details to confirm your eligibility to and conditions of travel. Please note, that you are responsible for being aware of the travel conditions related to your country of arrival prior to the travel!

In case you are affected (i.e. restrictions may or will apply to you, so you will not be allowed to fly and /or enter Greece) and you have a valid booking, but still arrive to the airport for your flight, or fail to present the mandatory documents, Wizz Air has a right to refuse your carriage by air as per Clause 12.1. l) of the General Conditions of Carriage (GCC) and in accordance with Clause 12.3. of the GCC (refund rules).

By proceeding with the check-in process you confirm that you consulted the respective authorities, you are allowed to and fit to fly, and you acknowledge and accept the potential consequences in case of non-compliance with the above and with the respective rules and restrictions.
