Wizz Air keeps in touch with passengers via WIZZ app push notifications, e-mails, or text messages, which go directly to the contact details of the reservation owner. If you purchase a Wizz Air ticket through any means other than our official website or app, the reservation owner or agency will be receiving all the flight-related updates and applicable options connected to your booking on your behalf, and they will then be responsible for passing on the information to you.
